Highwood produces rectangular profiles from 300mm wide to 100mm deep with a maximum cross-sectional area of 8,000mm 2.
Any rectangular profile within the process bounds is available to you. Our most common sizes include 60mm x 30mm, 75mm x 50mm, 100mm x 20mm, 70mm x 70mm, and 88mm x 88mm.

Many fence and gates products are made from composite materials, which are a combination of plastic and timber dust. The timber in the product means they soak up water and ultimately swell and crack. It is also very common that they are not UV stable, leading to fading.
Highwood is 100% waterproof and UV stable meaning it presents a longer lasting solution, while maintaining the premium look provided by composites.
Highwood’s products are most often used as infill for steel and aluminium framed gates. They are also used to construct entire garden gates. For fencing they are combined with aluminium posts and channels.
Highwood provides a full decking solution including decking boards, handrail, spindles, posts and joists. The decking system is maintenance free, meaning no painting.
The colour matched handrail and spindle system provides a unique solution compared to composite alternatives.
Highwood also lasts longer than composites as it does not soak up water and crack or fade over time.
Decking boards can be supplied with standard T-Clip fixing points or with a tongue and groove where the fixing point is hidden. The tongue and groove option means there are no gaps between boards which is advantageous in some environments.
